Birdwatching River Tour

Service Description

Whiteshell Provincial Park is a fantastic pit-stop for a diverse number of migratory bird species, from the white American Pelican to the Trumpeter Swan, from the blue-wing teal to the canvasback. Come on a 2-hour journey to explore all the different biomes the Winnipeg River has to offer and catch a glimpse of it most colorful species. Binoculars provided for all passengers! This tour runs in May, the first week of June, the last two weeks of September, and the first two weeks of October, weather depending. This coincides with the period of the season when the Winnipeg River is host to the highest diversity of migratory species.
